Now THAT is a flower. On today’s show Jon takes a teen to school, Diane steals a dog, Paul’s tire blows out and Matt Rox (from Don’t Tell My Wife I’m a Cult Leader) is our special guest co-host. The quartet discuss vaginal performance art, Occupy Dallas, and Judaism/Catholicism. Other topics include Survivor and the Amazing Race…and the difference between “white” and “white-white.” Oh, and Jon rants about a past English Professor.

Good Day to you, kind sir. It’s still blistering hot in Big D, lucky for us we have our double D’s (Diane and Danielle) to cool us off! On this week’s show Paul stalks a vampire, Danielle plays You Don’t Know Jack, Jon swears to never again say, “retarded,” and Diane leaves early. A Secretly Timid Interview : Don’t Tell My Wife I’m A Cult Leader/ Gray, The New Black

Jon and Danielle welcome creator Todd Steinberg and artist Matt Rox from the the soon to be hit program, Don’t Tell My Wife I’m a Cult Leader, and curator (and fellow artist) for the Kessler Sept. 3 show, Misty Amber Moore into the cat studio for a car horn-side chat.

Later, Gray, the New Black discuss how the band was formed and their musical influences. They also perform a brand new song called, “Ringtones and Royalties” before hitting the road for Austin where they will be performing at the Flamingo Cantina August 25th.

Episode 66 : Death and Politics

Happy Secretly Timid Tuesday Bois and Ghurls! This one is a little heavy. Jon starts things off by asking Diane and Danielle if they are cart returners or cart leavers (for shame Danielle, for shame!) Then Jon revisits an online discussion with a grammar-challenged bisexual with a penchant for typing in run-on sentences mumbo jumbo which leads to a delightful conversations on whether or not bisexuals are widely represented in popular culture it really hurts me to not place a period here or at least a comma but Diane you know she mentions Olivia Wilde’s bisexual character on House and Jon totally forgets John Barrowman’s lead character Captain Jack Harkness on Torchwood.

Later, Diane campaigns to get Kristin and Dannielle from Everyone is Gay to agree to a Secretly Timid interview.

Hot Topics include : a Garden Grove, Calif woman drugs her husband and proceeds to cut off his penis, a woman from Oklahoma attacks a woman who resembles Casey Anthony, aMuslim hate-crime victim asks a Tx court to spare the life of his attacker, and Rupert Murdoch apologizes.
